Job Description
The Web Designer develops high-quality web designs and interfaces to support Draper's online presence and marketing efforts. This role is a member of the Technical & Product Team but frequently collaborates with Design & Messaging Team members to create engaging, responsive, and visually consistent web content. Work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. After completing a six-month training period, there is an option to work from home up to two days per week.
- Collaboration :
Work closely with the Design & Messaging Team, the Web Developer, and other team members to create and implement creative concepts to support product launches, campaigns, and other Marketing initiatives.
Create, publish, and maintain responsive web designs that align with Draper's brand standards, incorporating multimedia elements such as video, animation, and interactive components.
Design and publish pages, forms, and other items as needed in our WordPress sites.
Collect and analyze data about site usage with heatmaps and analytics.
Build pages on the development server. Once approved, publish pages to the live site.
