Key Responsibilities :
- Exemplify and promote outstanding project HSE performance.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with Pellet Mill Management, technical teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee the engineering project execution within the pellet mill, ensuring safety, cost management, schedule adherence, and high-quality standards.
- Monitor contractor compliance with all safety policies and regulations.
- Coordinate the commissioning and start-up processes of projects.
- Develop and control project budgets, track progress efficiently, and manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure projects meet costing guidelines and offer technical guidance to site management teams.
- Deliver projects successfully while communicating progress consistently.
