JOB PURPOSE :
The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR systems and reporting. This includes managing, developing and defining the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system requirements while staying ahead of system capability options. This is ideal for someone who is passionate about systems, enjoys being hands on, and can think ahead to maximize the use of our HR systems to ensure we can scale with the growth of the business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the setup and maintenance of the HRIS system to ensure data integrity of employee / organizational data
- Partner with internal customers to develop new processes within the HRIS system to better manage the company’s changing needs
- Lead implementation of new modules for the existing HRIS system and / or lead implementation of new HRIS system, if applicable
- Create and run reports based on workforce analytics
- Monitor HRIS for system performance and identify processes that may need improvement
- Ensure the HRIS system reports are properly displaying report data
- Assist employees with HRIS questions and seek resolutions quickly
- Create or update appropriate user documentation and procedures as needed; assist with training users on updated system functionality
- Manage the implementation of new third party related systems (HR supported systems)
- Perform regular trouble shooting and testing of applicable HR Systems and provide relevant and timely feedback
- Develop Human Resources content for the online training system as needed
- Manage special projects as needed
