What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead & Manage: Hire, train, and oversee a team of maintenance employees, ensuring shift assignments and schedules run smoothly.
Train & Develop: Guide your team with top-tier training and maintenance best practices to keep them at their best.
Keep Us Running: Maintain equipment and facilities, respond to maintenance requests, and keep production on schedule.
Stay Organized: Develop and enforce maintenance policies & procedures, track daily assignments, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Stock Up: Order tools, supplies, and equipment so we’re always prepared.
Preventive Maintenance: Establish a proactive approach to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.

What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of maintenance experience – you've been there, done that!
5 years of supervisor experience – you know how to lead a team.
OSHA 30-hour training (must be completed within the first 90 days).
Technical school or university certificates are a plus!
