About DRCC Glendale:
DRCC Glendale provides a warm and supportive home for four individuals, enabling them to thrive and engage in their community. Residents enjoy activities such as listening to music, attending concerts, and participating in community events.
As a DSP at Glendale, you’ll work during quiet overnight hours, ensuring safety and providing assistance when needed. With one awake overnight and one asleep overnight staff member on each shift, you’ll always have support and communication with a team member.
Schedule:
- Set Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Awake Overnight: Ensure a calm, safe, and supportive environment during the night.
Pay and Benefits:
- Base Pay: $17.50/hour
- Differential Pay: $1.00/hour for awake overnight shifts, bringing your hourly pay to $18.50/hour.
- Full-Time Employees: Additional $100 bi-weekly differential.

Your Role as a DSP:
As an awake overnight DSP at DRCC Glendale, you’ll provide essential care and support, tailored to the needs of the individuals in the home. Your responsibilities include:

- Providing personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
- Collaborating with asleep overnight staff to handle any emergencies or situations requiring additional support.
