We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Overnight Awake Direct Support Professional. As a DSP, you will work closely with 1 individual in their home, providing support to enhance their overall quality of life. The primary focus of this role is to assist 1 individual overnight. As an overnight DSP, the individual will likely be asleep, but it is an awake position to monitor the wellbeing of the individual.
Duties include:
- Assisting individuals with their needs, medications, cleaning, organization, documentation, etc.
- Provide one-on-one support tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Maintain open and effective communication with individuals, their families, and other team members.
- Collaborate with case managers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of daily activities, achievements, and any incidents as required.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- All hires must undergo and pass a background check
- Minimum of one year of experience preferred
- Driver's license not required, but applicant must be able and willing to walk from nearest bus stop to residence before and after shift if bus if their form of transportation
