The Firm has an excellent reputation in serving small to medium sized companies in various industries. We offer a full range of services, including assurance, tax and management consulting engagements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain Front Office appearance
Greet and assist onsite guests
Draft correspondence and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments, lunches and events
Answer inbound telephone calls and direct to appropriate person
Order office and kitchen supplies
Assist Office Manager with client and new hire on-boarding
Assist Tax Admin with electronic delivery of accounting and tax deliverables
Responsible for all incoming and ongoing mail and packages
Develop an understanding of all DRDA services
Meet utilization and realization standards
Assist with special projects on request
Available to work during normal business hours
Ability and willingness to work overtime, after hours and/or weekends as needed to meet business demands with prior manager approval
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,and Adobe
Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software in a cloud environment
Proficient with office equipment; postage meter, fax, copier etc.
Qualifications:
3 To 5 Years Of Related Office Experience Preferred
Strong customer service skills - ability to interact with customers in a way that is professional, friendly and reassuring
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, versatile, flexible, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Detail oriented and accuracy in performing tasks
Must pass background checks
