DRE Landscaping LLC is seeking an Experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader / Foreman.
Requirements:
- Experience in Landscaping Maintenance (4 years minimum)
- Provide work history showing pruning, landscaping install, seasonal color display, flower / plant care, bed prepping, mulching as examples.
- Must have the ability to manage a crew of at least 2 to 3 team members.
- Understanding of landscape industry, practices, techniques.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Skilled in driving a truck and trailer.
- Excellent communication skills and reliability.
- Track record for completing jobs on schedule with efficiency and quality.
- Execute daily job reports as needed and keep track of equipment.
- Seeking growth and advancement opportunities in Landscaping.

Compensation and Schedule:
- Starts mid - February 2025.
- In season mid - February to mid - December.
- Typical work week: Monday - Friday 40 to 50 hours a week.
- Starting pay is based on experience (must have references) $18 to $26 hourly.
- Potential for Salary Position after 1 year of work.
- Team Uniform provided.
