A landscape crew leader ensures that installation and maintenance projects are completed successfully. As a crew leader at Scioto Gardens, you will work alongside landscape crew members to transform landscapes and provide direction.

A qualified Landscape Crew Leader:

• Mentors a crew of 1-3 landscape technicians, fostering a positive team environment while ensuring high-quality project completion

• Efficiently executes planting designs, ensuring proper installation techniques and plant health

• Proactively evaluates and prepares job sites, anticipating potential challenges

• Trains staff in pruning, weeding, and mulching techniques

• Drives trucks and operates equipment safely and proficiently

• Tracks job hours and materials to ensure we stay within budget

• Communicates effectively with clients, management, and team members

• Can lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay: $22 - $30 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday
