General Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager manages the full-cycle recruitment process to fulfill current and future clinical staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. By managing a team and leveraging online platforms, career fairs, community events, and innovative sourcing strategies, the Talent Acquisition Manager strategically leads the hiring initiatives for designated areas.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage a team of recruiters and the recruitment process for Behavior Consultant and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) positions, amongst other clinical leadership roles, conducting clinical interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for these critical roles.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Clinical Leadership positions, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Evaluate candidates' clinical competencies, knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, clinical expertise, and ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external partners to enhance the recruitment experience and promote Dream Big Children’s Center as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
- Demonstrate high commitment to excellent customer service.
- Support on hiring needs for other roles as needed.
