● Track and analyze social media metrics to refine marketing strategies.
● Collaborate with the team to align content with business goals and upcoming initiatives.
Sales & Business Development
● Identify and engage potential clients via digital and traditional outreach.
● Leverage social media channels to generate leads and convert engagement into business
opportunities.
● Pitch DBC’s services including leadership training, executive coaching and strategic
planning.
● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in education, corporate and
community sectors.
● Regularly report on business development progress, lead generation success, and
engagement insights.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
● Education & Experience:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a
related field (preferred).
○ 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, sales, and
business development.
○ Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition is a plus.
● Technical Skills
○ Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
(X), TikTok, YouTube).
○ Experience with social media management platform/tools
○ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software
