Dream Center Evansville (DCE) Volunteer Information:

We provide each of our students with a nutritious dinner 4 days a week throughout the school year.  In 2023, we served over 8,000 individual meals!  If you or your team enjoy cooking, or wants to help us provide to some awesome kids, we would love your help providing fun and healthy meals to each of our students!

There are two ways you can help provide a meal:

1. You/your team can source, cook, serve the food, meet students, & clean up - we have a full commercial kitchen for you to use!

2. You can cater in and serve the food, meet students, & clean up.

Many of our meal teams serve regularly each month - second Tuesday, first Thursday, etc.  We love our monthly meal teams, but that's not required.  You can serve as often as you like! 

We typically have around 50 students, and meals need to be ready to serve at 5:20pm.  So we can plan our other meals around it, we ask for your menu no later than the Wednesday of the week prior to the day you are planning to volunteer.

Requirements:

• Criminal background check must show no conviction of a felony or misdemeanor crime including, but not limited to abuse, drugs or alcohol, neglect, theft or fraud

Dream Center's Statement of Faith:
