Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager at Dream Clean Car Wash, located in Chicago, IL. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage a team of employees, handle scheduling, and maintain inventory levels. Responsibilities also include training staff, handling customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring equipment maintenance, and driving sales and profitability goals.
