Job Summary
The cleaning associate is the backbone of our business as they perform the work our clients require in their homes and businesses.
Cleaning associates perform all duties associated with cleaning client homes, cleaning properties for realtors, businesses and property managers.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients upon arrival and learning their unique cleaning needs
- Perform routine cleaning such as dusting and vacuuming rooms, scouring sinks,
tubs, showers and toilets, mopping and steaming floors
- Follow all cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Work with efficiency to maximize client impact while containing costs
- Drive self and transport equipment from headquarters to client site, and from
client to client
Communicate with leadership to provide input on project details, client
communications, issues and accidents, etc.
Qualifications
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in housecleaning or hotel housekeeping
- Driver’s license and auto insurance, with reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail, have a strong work ethic and be flexible
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish is preferred
