Job Summary:
- This role supports the Director of Finance in managing financial operations at the resort.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee policy development, accounting, auditing, budgeting, and taxes.
- Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and analyses.
- Communicate regularly with and report to the Director of Finance.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timely preparation and dissemination of financial statements and reports.
- Accurate maintenance of accounting records.
- Effective communication with management and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with accounting and finance emphasis preferred.
- 5 years accounting and/or financial control experience and supervisory and/or management experience.
- Demonstrated capability with budget development, fiscal management, strategic planning, staff management.
- Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.
- Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.
