Our Resort Rangers are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests during their arrival, departure, and stay. Rangers escort guests to their sites, provide resort tours, and offer valet trash and propane services. They ensure that facilities are clean and stocked daily, monitor amenities and facilities after hours, and report any issues to the Resort Manager.

About this opportunity:
- Location: Island Oaks 9664 Nursery Rd Blvd, Glen St Mary, FL
- Compensation: $14.00- $16.00 Hourly, depending on experience
- Position type: Part- Time/Full-time Hours vary, weekends, nights
What we are looking for in a Resort Ranger Candidate:
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Driven for Excellence in hospitality and guest experience
- Professional appearance
- Flexibility to respond to after-hours arrivals and resort needs.
- Basic understanding of RV transportation and relocation Excellent customer service skills
- - residents are our #1 priority, and team members are expected to Wow them daily
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- Live local
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Create problem-solving skills
What you will do as a Ranger:
- Escort arrivals to their site and assist with basic setup, if needed
- Deliver packages and misc items to guests as needed
- Act as a concierge to guests regarding their needs while onsite.
- Monitor pool activity and amenities to ensure guests experience WOW during their stay.
- Walk through and inspect all common area facilities daily, report any issues to the Facilities Supervisor
- Inspect and review all sites daily and report arrivals/departures to the Assistant Resort manager
