Dream Team is looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumbing Technician team member who would be a good fit for our company and culture. Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM or Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Plumbing Installations & Repairs: Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sump pumps.
- Troubleshooting: Respond to service calls for plumbing issues, diagnose problems, and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent issues, ensuring plumbing systems are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers, explaining the issue and proposed solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Documentation: Record work performed and materials used for each job. Provide accurate job reports and follow up with customers as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on job sites to ensure personal safety and that of others.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other technicians, supervisors, or management to ensure efficient job completion and customer satisfaction.
- On-Call Duties: May be required to respond to emergency plumbing situations after hours or during weekends, as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or apprenticeship in plumbing preferred.
- 2 years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid plumbing license (if required by state).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
