Salary Range: $25 - $28/hr ($52,000 - $58,240 annual salary)

Position Summary:
The Data and Contracts Specialist functions as part of the Administrative and Development team to lead and coordinate the organization’s data and contracts duties. This role supports a multi-disciplinary team of talented individuals with a shared goal and strategy working toward the vision of Dream by providing effective, collective, and inspiring leadership, and ensures that the administrative execution upholds the organization’s mission and goals in delivering youth-led services to the
community.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provides data and contracts support across the Dream Youth Clinic organization.
● Prepares, creates, and data distributes reports to other departments at Dream.
● Makes recommendations on implementing and developing new data and contracts
processes and policies to increase optimal workflows.
- Serves as an Athena EHR (electronic health record) superuser
● Tracks reporting deliverables, grant deadlines, drafts data report templates, circulates for inputs/reviews, and submits when finalized.
● Supports data delivery of the overall organization and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization.
● Completes all required documentation and reports in a timely fashion.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support strategic decisions.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance data management effectiveness.
- Contribute to grant proposal development as a member of the grant writing/ development team.
● Participates in staff meetings, supervision, agency meetings and staff trainings.
Competencies:
● Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience working in program, data systems,
project and/or grants management
● Experience working in a non-profit organization, or a community clinic preferred.
● Experience working with organizations serving youth, particularly underserved youth, youth of color, and gender expansive youth preferred.
● Must be supportive of youth reproductive freedom (contraceptive, abortion, and young parenting access)
● Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
● Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
● Advanced skills in Google Suite.
- Advanced skills in data management systems including Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
● Strong organizational skills are a must.
● Strong analytical and writing skills.
