What You’ll Do:

• Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound phone calls, direct messages, and email campaigns.
• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. We value our stylists, and you should too!
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, with a strong focus on closing deals and generating revenue.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our marketing team, which generates hundreds of leads per month through social media, making your job even easier!
• Utilize Tools: Effectively use our CRM software and sales tracking tools to drive sales and manage your pipeline.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, is preferred.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a competitive environment.
