Open Positions:

Center Director

• Oversee daily operations of the center
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards
• Supervise and support staff and curriculum implementation
• Foster a welcoming, family-centered environment

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a licensed child care setting

Lead Teacher

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom
• Communicate regularly with families and staff

Qualifications: CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education, 2 years teaching experience

Teacher’s Assistant

• Support lead teacher in classroom activities
• Assist with lesson prep, supervision, and daily routines
• Encourage positive behaviors and learning through play

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, experience in childcare preferred

Teacher’s Aide

• Provide general support to classroom staff
• Help with snacks, clean-up, and classroom organization
• Be a helping hand wherever needed!

Qualifications: Positive attitude, love for children, willingness to learn
