As An Entry-Level Customer Support Representative, You Will Be:
- Conducting personalized meetings with customers, expertly presenting and educating them on our client’s diverse range of products and services while tailoring recommendations to align each customer’s unique needs and preferences
- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services to existing customers, offering special offers, discounts, and service enhancements with the goal of driving increased sales, elevating customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term loyalty
- Collaborating with the entry-level Customer Support Representative team to develop outreach campaigns that effectively target potential customers
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of outreach strategies, making adjustments as needed to achieve outreach and sales goals
- Attending industry events, webinars, and entry-level Customer Support Representative training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sharpen outreach techniques
Entry- Level Customer Support Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in client outreach, sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey our client’s products and services while building relationships with our customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
