• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling product to precise specifications
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to OSHA guidelines
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills and personal qualities, including:
• At least 21 years old per state law
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis
• Ability to manage your time in a fast-paced environment to meet goals without sacrificing quality
• Strong commitment to maintaining a high standard of health and hygiene as required by OSHA
• Willingness to follow basic instructions and receive feedback and coaching from management to maintain product quality
