Description

GENERAL

1. Adhere to the Policies & Procedures, codes of conduct and ethics, and philosophy Dream Life Recovery Center, LLC to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Participate in Clinical policy and procedure development and training.
3. Knowledge of administrative, personnel and policies and procedures, and ability to comply and communicate these clearly and accurately to staff.
4. Ensure adherence to clinical best practice throughout agency.
5. Knowledge of emergency procedures; ability to communicate these clearly and accurately to staff.
6. Ensure and maintain the confidential nature of all patients and facility activities.

EVALUATE/FORMULATE/DESIGN/PLAN

1. Participate in the formulation and implementation of patient treatment plans.
2. Evaluate patient care weekly by assessing patients.
3. Implement plans for Performance Improvement.
4. Evaluate quality of program on an ongoing basis and develops cost-effective methods to provide services.
5. Assist in formulating standards for patients care.
6. Evaluate the impact of therapeutic interventions upon the therapeutic milieu.

Qualifications

1. Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors Degree and experience in Substance Abuse Treatment.
2. Minimum of five years professional / clinical experience in the field of mental health social work of which a minimum of one year should pertain to the field of Residential or Detoxification services.
3. LCSW, LMHT or LMFT
4. Ability to work as a team member and have management, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under stressful conditions and be flexible in relation to department needs.
6. Knowledge of DDAP Standards.
7. Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards.
8. Demonstrates Proficiency in Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
9. Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality Laws.
10. Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies.
11. Knowledge of Workplace Violence.
12. Knowledge of Corporate Integrity & Compliance Program.
13. Knowledge of current utilized technology.
14. Maintains all necessary CEUs Licensing and trainings.
15. Familiar with Community Resources.
