Job Description:
We’re seeking a reliable Secretary/Office Assistant to manage phone calls, update project files, and use CRM software to support our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Use CRM software to manage customer and project data.
- Update and maintain project files.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous admin/secretary experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (training available) and Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
