DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is a nationally recognized leader in the remodeling industry with about 50 locations in the US. We are a full-service design-remodeling company serving Burlington County and surrounding residential areas. Our Design Center and Showroom is in Moorestown, New Jersey.
We are looking for a Remodel Production Manager to lead our carpenters on various remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Production Management or as a Lead Carpenter
- Extensive knowledge of residential remodeling practices and the construction trades, procedures, techniques, materials, specifications, estimating, and building codes
- Be able to manage remodeling projects from start to finish, including the scheduling of all resources and materials required
- Occasionally perform a variety of carpentry work; assist on jobs as needed
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while producing the project on time and in budget
- Ability to learn and use construction management software, such as BuilderTrend/ Job Tread. MS Office, SharePoint, and smartphone technology
Excellent time management, work ethic, communication skills, and professional demeanor are very important qualities. This full-time salaried position typically works weekdays from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. Travel to customer job sites is necessary so a valid driver's license is required.
