Act as the primary contact for assigned groups, ensuring all event details are meticulously planned and executed.
Revenue Goals
Meet or exceed revenue targets, including food and beverage minimums, while maintaining client satisfaction scores.
Event Coordination
Prepare and deliver accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) within deadlines, ensuring all departments have the necessary details for flawless execution.
Client Engagement
Conduct site tours, host client meetings, and provide professional advice to enhance event success.
Market Analysis
Monitor trends in the market and propose strategies to attract new business or retain current clients.
Compliance & Standards
