About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and community engagements
- Logistics & Setup: Help manage event logistics, including venue preparation, vendor coordination, and on-site setup
- Client & Vendor Communication: Support client needs and liaise with vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Marketing & Promotions: Assist with event promotions, including social media, email outreach, and branding materials
- On-Site Assistance: Provide hands-on support during events, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience
- Post-Event Wrap-Up: Help with event breakdown, feedback collection, and performance reporting
- Education: A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome! Experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle logistics efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with event planning software is a bonus
- Comfortable working on-site at events, including evenings and weekends as needed
