As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events across Tennessee, from corporate conferences and brand activations to live music events and private celebrations. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring all logistical and creative elements come together smoothly
- Manage relationships with vendors, venues, clients, and other stakeholders
- Oversee event budgets, contracts, and timelines, ensuring all details are accounted for
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a successful event
- Handle event marketing, registrations, and guest communications as needed
- Troubleshoot challenges on-site, ensuring all events run smoothly and exceed expectations
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance event experiences
- A minimum of two years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and team members
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and think on your feet in high-pressure situations
