About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution: Assist in coordinating all aspects of events, including logistics, timelines, and vendor management
- On-Site Coordination: Support event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Client & Vendor Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and venues to ensure all event details are aligned
- Marketing & Promotion: Help promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts
- Budget & Resource Management: Assist in tracking budgets, invoices, and materials needed for events
- Administrative Support: Maintain event schedules, track RSVPs, and handle event-related documentation
- Education: A degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome! Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or marketing is a plus
