Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our dispensary team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance, and keeping our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, punctual, and experienced with Windows, BioTrack and Dutchie.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all inventory using Windows,BioTrack and Dutchie.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and dispensary policies.
- Assist with receiving and labeling products according to regulations.
- Monitor expiration dates and product quality to ensure freshness.
- Coordinate with management to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Keep the storage and sales areas organized for efficient workflow.
- Work closely with budtenders and management to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Stay on schedule with inventory reporting and required compliance updates.
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows, BioTrack and Dutchie is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and compliance regulations.
- Previous experience in dispensary inventory management preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
