We have an EXCELLENT opportunity available for a Floral Hardgoods Department Lead to join our Team!
.
This position is responsible for performing and overseeing the daily operational functions of the Hardgoods Department to include:
.
- Customer Service and Sales Assistance: Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and problem resolution.
- Order Fulfillment: Process Orders, Authorize & Process Returns, Approve Credits
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves, Replenish & rotate products. Research Inventory discrepancies/counts.
- Communication: Collaborate with Supply Leads at other Branch locations and local Sales Team regarding product updates, availability, etc.
- Merchandising: Plan and assemble merchandise displays reflecting current trends, seasons, promotional items, etc.
- Showroom Floor: Maintain overall Cleanliness and Organization of showroom
- Daily Workflows: Create daily workflow of tasks to be performed by fellow team members
- Training: Train new employees on essential job functions
- Clerical functions: File, answer telephone, distribute/stock marketing materials, data entry & computing
- Other: Perform special projects and other duties, as assigned.

Requirements & Skills desired:
.
- 2 Years Similar work experience
- The ability to manually lift/move up to 50lbs of weight on a regular basis.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic to Intermediate proficiency with MS Office & overall computer skills, required.
- Physical movements generally include lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying, balancing, grasping, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing and prolonged standing. Must be able to move continuously throughout the day.

Work Hours:
The typical schedule will be from 6AM-1PM, Mon-Fri, with the ability to work on Saturday, as needed, from 7AM-10AM. Additional hours during holiday/busy seasons will be required.
