What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Drew and Associates?
Temporary to permanent. Must complete both assessments to be considered. Looking for a self motivated leader with experience in office operations and technology to serve run the office for a nonprofit organization. Daily work will include drafting organizational communication, managing the mail, responding to the requests of members, basic organizing and cleaning of the office, tracking supplies and supporting the Executive Director and Board President. MUST be willing to clean and stock office as needed. MUST be timely and professional. Helping with conferences and organizing board meetings is required. Office is small and generally quiet. In-person, onsite is necessary in northwest DC. 1 time per year 3 days of travel may be required as the request of the board.
Requirements:
Microsoft Office/Outlook experience
Ability to work independently
Stellar customer service skills
Ability to work with intergenerational members.
Bachelor's preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
