Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Drexel Interiors is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial multifamily estimator to join our team. This full-time position requires a proactive individual to ensure the successful execution of commercial multifamily projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, bid documents, scope of work and other project requirements to prepare accurate material takeoff quantities and estimate required labor.
- Develop competitive and profitable bids, submit complete bid to clients by due dates.
Qualifications:
- Experience reading and understanding blueprints
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
- Detailoriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- A team player with a positive and resultsoriented attitude
- At least 2 years of experience in construction project estimating
- MultiFamily estimating experience is strongly preferred
- Conceptual estimating ability is a requirement of this position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.

- Fulltime, Monday through Friday schedule
