DRG Pain & Orthopedics is expanding, and we are looking for the next employee to join our team!

Check out Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Check out patients
-Collecting co pays, co-insurances, and deductibles as needed.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Schedule appointments for patients using medical scheduling systems such as Practice Fusion and Tebra.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain patient records and update information in medical office systems
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations at all times
- Provide patient care including taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and preparing patients for examinations and procedures.
- Knowledge of X-Ray procedures and equipment operation is a plus.
- Assisting the physician as needed.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
Skills:
- Experience working in a medical office is required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is required
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Practice Fusion and Tebra.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset for accurate data management and process adherence.
-Empathetic, patient-focused approach that builds trust and rapport.
-Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
-Must be 18 years or older.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
