Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Front of House Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants operational performance and well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Inventory Management
- Hire, train, manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews.
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service while handling any customer complaints or concerns.
- Ensure staff is completing side work / cleaning.
- Scheduling of Front of House staff
- Daily Collection of Server & bartender cash due.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Nightly Deposits / Closing
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure a successful restaurant.
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.
- Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events.
