Overview
Driftless Draft Solutions is looking for an on-premise Draft Beer Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in draft beer quality control, and/or experience in the beverage or restaurant/bar industry. Driftless Draft Solutions strives to be the go to draft source in western Wisconsin and southeastern Minnesota. Whether its draft beer line cleaning or draft line installations, we focus on partnering with establishments that, like us, understand the importance of draft beer and have a passion for pouring great, clean draft beer to their customers.
Job Description
Maintain draft beer systems: On a daily basis you will perform regular cleaning and preventive maintenance at our accounts
Install and repair systems: assist in system installations, troubleshoot issues, and replace components as necessary.
Work independently: Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring each job is completed on time and to the highest standard.
Manage client relationships: Interact with clients professionally, ensuring satisfaction with service and maintenance.
Training & Support
We provide comprehensive hands-on training to ensure you become an expert in all aspects of draft beer system maintenance. You'll work side-by-side with an experienced technician for two full months of on-the-job learning and mentoring. We are committed to your success, offering ongoing support as you grow in the role.
Compensation & Travel
Compensation: $20/hour during probationary training period (60 days), $24/hour after
Mileage reimbursement: 40 cents per mile for work-related travel.
Fuel: Fully covered by the company.
Schedule: Monday-Friday. We start early, 5-6am daily
Paid Time Off: 40 hours PTO yearly after 60 day training period

Job Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license, reliable car, and full insurance: This is a non-negotiable requirement
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Pass a background check
- Work early mornings, Shifts start between 5-6am most days
- A desire to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to push, pull and lift over your head weights up to 80lb
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently
