The Area Director of Revenue Strategy, Lifestyle Brands is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through strategic pricing, inventory control, and market analysis. This role involves monitoring trends, preparing forecasts, and providing recommendations to optimize occupancy and rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitive data to forecast hotel occupancy, pricing, and revenue.
Implement pricing strategies and manage room inventory to maximize revenue.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop promotional strategies.
Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technology to enhance revenue management.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
3 years full-service revenue management experience required
Experience with lifestyle, luxury or independent brands preferred
This role will have a dedicated revenue analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in revenue management software, PMS, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
