Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of ageReports to: Gift Shop Manager
As the Gift Shop Supervisor, you will take the lead on shifts to oversee all facets of the retail gift shop, creating a space to maximize the marketing of our merchandise, and developing the team to assist our guests with excellent service.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee the operation of the Gift Shops in the Manager’s absence
Display and Stock Inventory items as needed
Keep Gift Shops neat and clean
Greet and take care of customers
Assist guests with purchases.
Personal Skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, with weekends and night time availability
Ability to complete statistical reports as required.
Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
Ability to manage time well.
Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.
Conducts him\herself, acts and dresses professionally at all times
Understands and communicates the Margaritaville Lake Resort Mission.

Physical Requirements
Minimum lifting & pulling of 20 pounds.
Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
Continuous standing for duration of shift
Hearing, writing, typing.
