The team at Margaritaville Lake Resort is here to create and deliver fun and escapism for our guests, and what better escape is there than some retail therapy? With good pay, extensive benefits and a family atmosphere, we are looking for a team leader to oversee all areas of the gift shop, serving, running the register and supporting a team to deliver excellence for every guest.

Job Type: Full Time
Pay $16 per hour
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age
Reports to: Gift Shop Manager
As the Gift Shop Supervisor, you will take the lead on shifts to oversee all facets of the retail gift shop, creating a space to maximize the marketing of our merchandise, and developing the team to assist our guests with excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the operation of the Gift Shops in the Manager’s absence
• Display and Stock Inventory items as needed
• Keep Gift Shops neat and clean
• Greet and take care of customers
• Assist guests with purchases.

Personal Skills

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, with weekends and night time availability
• Ability to complete statistical reports as required.
• Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
• Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
• Ability to manage time well.
• Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.
• Conducts him\herself, acts and dresses professionally at all times
• Understands and communicates the Margaritaville Lake Resort Mission.
• Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively, and professionally.
• Actively listens to others.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum lifting & pulling of 20 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
• Continuous standing for duration of shift
• Hearing, writing, typing.
