JOB SUMMARY
The Stanley Hotel located in beautiful Estes Park, CO is looking for a Reservations Agent. As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be responsible for providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.

The main responsibility of a hotel specialist is to help our customers with planning and booking reservations for all hotel properties and events/concerts. Working with customers to plan out the duration of their stay. This position is often the first person a customer will contact to sort out any issues with a reservation.
An important responsibility is providing customer service support. Reservationists must hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism as they work through customer issues.
Handling reservations, inquiries, and cancellations in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
Answering phones to assist with guest services.
Answering emails and company texts to assist guests with questions about reservations.
Qualifications:
Strong telephone and customer service skills
Hospitality or reservationist experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Computer experience required.
Quick Learner.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
