JOB SUMMARY
The Stanley Hotel located in beautiful Estes Park, CO is looking for a Reservations Agent. As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be responsible for providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Known for its old-world charm, The Stanley Hotel boasts spectacular views in every direction and is less than six miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and member of Historic Hotels of America, the 223-room Stanley Hotel continues its rich tradition of offering the finest service and amenities in beautiful Estes Park, CO. _ Hourly wage plus monthly bonuses!_
The main responsibility of a hotel specialist is to help our customers with planning and booking reservations for all hotel properties and events/concerts. Working with customers to plan out the duration of their stay. This position is often the first person a customer will contact to sort out any issues with a reservation.
An important responsibility is providing customer service support. Reservationists must hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism as they work through customer issues.

- Handling reservations, inquiries, and cancellations in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Answering phones to assist with guest services.
- Answering emails and company texts to assist guests with questions about reservations.
- Strong telephone and customer service skills
- Hospitality or reservationist experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Computer experience required.
