Key Responsibilities :
- Learn the Industry : Participate in structured training programs to develop a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including types of coverage, underwriting processes, and claims management.
- Sales Development : Assist experienced agents with lead generation, client outreach, and sales presentations. Shadow senior agents during client meetings to observe effective sales techniques.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with policy changes under the supervision of senior agents.
- Product Knowledge : Gain expertise in different insurance products (auto, home, life, health, etc.), and learn to recommend the best solutions to meet clients needs.
- Compliance & Documentation : Become proficient in insurance regulations, ethical practices, and maintain accurate records of client information and sales activities in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to ensure smooth processing of applications, renewals, and claims.
