Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Marketing Assistant. This role will encompass a blend of customer phone support, marketing material creation and distribution, and account assistance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a creative eye.
Responsibilities:
Customer Phone Support:
- Provide prompt and courteous phone support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
Marketing Material Creation and Distribution:
- Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
- Manage the distribution of marketing materials through various channels (e.g., email, mail, digital platforms).
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and social media presence.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator is highly preferred.
Account Assistance:
- Assist in managing customer accounts, including order processing and tracking.
- Provide support to account managers and assist with client communication.
- Help maintain accurate customer account information.
- Help with order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in agriculture and/or horses and livestock is strongly preferred.
