Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer support via email, ensuring every interaction exceeds customer expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Promptly address and rectify customer queries, elevating their overall satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Dive deep into our product range to guide customers effortlessly.
  • Order Guidance: Assist customers in tracking orders, handling returns, and resolving order obstacles.
  • Communication with the customer: Gather feedback and channel it to appropriate teams, enhancing our platform and user experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Exceeding companies SLA's ensuring every customer receives consistent, premium service.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proficiency in computer use, combined with effective typing abilities.
  • A solution-driven mindset with a heart that puts the customer first.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and swiftly adapt to curveballs.
  • Previous experience with an email-exclusive customer service platform is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work in a lively setting with varying customer needs.
  • Meticulous organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effortlessly draft polished email responses.
  • Eagerness for perpetual growth and sharpening of your skills.
  • Overtime and weekends may be required March to August
  • Skills in sophisticated online searches.
  • Capability to gel well within a vibrant team atmosphere.
