DripJobs is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Customer Success to transform our customer experience and build a world-class CS organization. As we focus on reducing our current churn rate and implementing new customer success initiatives, we need a proven leader who can reimagine and rebuild our CS function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing customer success team, including our newly established retention department
- Develop and optimize customer health scoring models and early warning systems using Custify
- Create and track meaningful KPIs across all customer success functions
- Establish scalable processes for customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align CS initiatives with company objectives
- Drive customer advocacy and voice of customer programs
- Manage and optimize the customer success tech stack
