Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership, Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, Compliance and Governance and Team Leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management. Minimum of 5 years in a large health care system.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefit plan design, and employee engagement strategies.
- Proven track record of successful program implementation and leadership in large organizations.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
