What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies including paid ads, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and more.
- Create engaging content that drives brand awareness and positions Dripos as the leading solution for coffee shops.
- Generate high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) that convert into tangible business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to optimize lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Own marketing analytics, tracking campaign performance, ROI, and continuously optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Oversee and grow our content marketing, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing leadership, specifically focused on demand generation and content marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue.
- Experience managing advertising budgets, optimizing paid channels, and reporting on marketing metrics.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely and effectively with sales and product teams.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and content creation skills.
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- Excited to join a dynamic, fully in-person team in New York City.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $160,000, plus equity package
