Dript IV Therapy is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Lincolnwood, Illinois. This on-site position will involve working closely with the Director of Human Resources to oversee recruitment, and a variety of HR initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified clinical professionals to meet our growing staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement effective strategies to attract top clinical talent, including nurses, business development officers, allied health professionals, and support staff.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure we are always prepared to meet staffing demands.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional service to candidates, offering clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on recruitment strategies as we expand across North America.
- External Partnerships: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional networks to expand talent sourcing.
- Event Representation: Attend job fairs, career events, and industry conferences to promote our company as an employer of choice.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with relevant regulations and policies, including conducting background checks and verifying credentials.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and support orientation and training programs in collaboration with clinical departments.
- Payroll Support: Experience with Paycor payroll systems to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions.
- Cross Department Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with various departments to address HR needs and resolve staffing challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Clinical Knowledge: Deep understanding of clinical roles and healthcare industry trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, enabling you to effectively share staffing announcements with the team along with our candidates.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Paycor, Monday.com and job boards like Indeed.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a healthcare or clinical setting, with a proven track record of successfully filling clinical roles.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
