The Human Resources Recruiter collaborates with managers to build accurate job descriptions and determine appropriate hiring criteria. This role is responsible for hiring all levels of staff from entry level to director, while providing assistance with phone screens and scheduling onsite interviews.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Pay Range: $62,000- $73,000 annualized. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job-related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.

- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
- Assists with job posting processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process and conducting interviews.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Utilize all sourcing/screening technology provided. Maintains an open, flexible, and innovative attitude related to ongoing process improvement and enhancement.
- Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of prospects for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify employment branding opportunities and utilize social media outlets to improve awareness.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience, required.
- At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process with healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Prior experience implementing branding awareness campaign and/or initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
