Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Outside Sales Representative at Driscoll Foods. The role will involve sales presentations, relationship building, customer service, communication, and new business development.
Qualifications
•Experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the foodservice or distribution industry
•Knowledge of food products, foodservice operations, and customer needs in the hospitality or restaurant sectors
•Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close new business
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
•Ability to manage a sales territory and maintain regular face-to-face customer visits
•Understanding of pricing structures, margins, and commission-based compensation
•Ability to analyze customer trends, sales data, and develop growth strategies
•Comfortable working independently while meeting performance goals and KPIs
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel within territory
•Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required
